Thank you for choosing GrowFlow Digital. We strive to offer high-quality digital products, services, and learning tools. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
🔹 1. Digital Product Sales (Non-Refundable)
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds on:
- Prompt packs, templates, or checklists
- Editable social media posts or design files
- Digital business cards or CRM tools,wacrm,erpcrm
- PDF, zip, or software files
Once you gain access/download the product, the sale is considered complete and non-refundable.
🔹 2. SAAS Script Sales & Installations
For SAAS script setup services (e.g., Business Card, CRM, ERP tools):
- We offer Chargeable installation support for valid purchases
- If a script fails to work due to server compatibility issues not disclosed in advance, we are not liable
- Customizations or hosting/server setup services are non-refundable
🔹 3. Service-Based Refunds (Case-by-Case)
Refunds for digital services (e.g., web design, marketing, consulting) may be considered in these situations:
- 100% of the service has not been delivered yet
- A clear breach of agreed scope by GrowFlow Digital
- Refund request made within 3 days of order confirmation

🔹 4. Incorrect Product Delivered
If you received the wrong file or script, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

We will send the correct product ASAP or provide alternate access (no cash refund).
🔹 5. Duplicate Payment
If you were charged twice accidentally, we will process a refund of the duplicate transaction. Proof of both transactions is required.
🔹 6. How to Request a Refund (If Applicable)
To submit a refund request (where applicable), please email:

- Include: Order ID, payment screenshot, and reason
- Subject: Refund Request – [Your Name]
All valid requests are responded to within 3 business days.
🔹 7. Refunds Not Guaranteed For:
- Buyer remorse / “changed my mind”
- Ignoring product instructions or usage limits
- Server or device incompatibility not discussed beforehand
